The Organising Team would like to inform you that you have successfully completed the payment process for a ticket to our 2025 BSOC Orientation Camp: Beyond The Rift! We are extremely excited to have you at camp for 3 amazing days from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd of February.
To ensure you have the best possible time, we have attached a Camp Essentials Guide with everything you need to know so you're well-informed and prepared for everything to come! Please make sure you read through this guide completely so there are no misunderstandings.
To attend Camp, the following Medical, Catering and Conduct Waiver Form must be completed. [Due 11:59PM MONDAY].

Entering Dietary and Emergency Contact Details
Complete the compulsory Gendered Misconduct Module required by Arc and upload proof of completion to the form above. Complete Modules 1-3.
To participate at UNSW Business Society's Orientation Camp, ALL attendees must complete both the gender misconduct modules and agree to the camp terms and conditions specified below. Failure to complete these will result in the forfeiture of their ticket without compensation.
We will not be issuing any more refunds from this point onwards. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person, please email [email protected] with your name, and the name, email and contact number of the person you are transferring the ticket to.
